Dorie is a seasoned leader with 25 years of industry experience. Her expertise spans from Quality Assurance, Scrum Master, and Agile Coach, through to overall Software Delivery - all across product areas such as Data Analytics, CRM, ERP, Web, and Mobile. To support this work, Dorie has also made contributions in Organizational Change Management and complex Transformation.
Over her career, Dorie has valued the commitment required for strong Culture development, and has been responsible for all areas of initial Talent Acquisition, through to ongoing Talent Development and nurturing.
Connor is a passionate leader with 20 years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Organizational Leadership, IT Management, and Pre-Sales. His technology background has primarily focused on delivering Data capabilities. Connor loves learning and has used this to build exceptional teams that deliver products and capabilities to organizations and their clients.
A social butterfly, Connor loves to work with people, and thinks that goal alignment and great teamwork can solve any problem.
Vultur gryphus is the latin name for the Andean Condor. Condors have the widest wingspan, to symbolize the breadth of our knowledge and abilities. Condors also have the unique ability to soar at an altitude 50,000 feet, or as low as sea level.
