We start our journey through conversation and listening. You and your Mentor will discuss desired outcomes and your current leadership role within your organization.
We then build a personalized program with you, based on a proven set of core leadership skills and attributes.
We identify key areas of focus in order to prioritize your program, collaboratively.
We review your work responsibilities, select a focus area of most value, and teach you the leadership acumen to apply to your upcoming work.
We focus on one skill or attribute at a time, to be incremental in your development journey.
Ready with this latest training, now is the time to put your new knowledge into practice in your current role.
Together, we discuss and analyze all scenarios where you applied your learning. Your Mentor will share insights based on personal experience for you to gain additional wisdom and confidence.
We then select the next core leadership area, and repeat Steps 2-5.
As we conclude your development journey, Coaching will replace Teaching & Mentoring cycles. Your Mentor will now shift to purely guide you on the real-time scenarios of most interest to you.
